If you conserve energy on the climb, you’ll still have it for the descent. The Sign X features a superlight carbon frame with 130 mm of travel, a FOX 34 Float Factory Kashima fork with 130 mm of travel up front, and a FOX Float Factory shock in the rear—both lockable via remote lockout from the handlebars when the climb gets long. The wireless SRAM XX1 Eagle AXS drivetrain, Shimano XTR four-piston brakes, and DT Swiss XMC carbon wheels are the best components we put into a trail bike. In the end, what matters is that you still have energy left after your after-work ride.
