Up to what total weight are the bicycles approved?
Different maximum permissible total weights are set for the various bicycle types. The information can be found for the respective models. The maximum permissible total weight includes the weight of the bike, including the rider with full clothing and luggage. It is important also to consider the limitations set by the wheel or rim manufacturers, such as the DT Swiss brand.
I would like to test the desired bike before buying it. Where can I take a test ride?
Our authorized dealers or partners are happy to provide test bikes for the purchase decision. Please inquire directly with a specialist dealer in your area if your desired bike is available for a test ride.
Furthermore, we attend national or regional events directly on-site with a large part of the bicycle range. A good opportunity to try out the latest models.

How long do I have a warranty on a bicycle?
We grant you an additional three-year warranty on the BIXS frame of your bike after the legal warranty period of two years has expired. This extended warranty applies exclusively to you as the first buyer. Please contact an authorized dealer or partner of the BIXS brand to claim the warranty. Don't forget to bring proof of purchase in the form of a sales receipt.
Who should I contact if I have a problem with a bicycle?
Always contact a BIXS specialist dealer where you purchased the product if you have problems. The specialist dealer will work with you to find a suitable solution.
I own an older model and need a spare part. Where can I get spare parts?
You can get spare parts exclusively through a BIXS specialist dealer or partner. Please contact a specialist dealer, who will definitely be able to help you.

The serial number (or frame number) is either located in front of or under the bottom bracket. For e-bikes, the serial number is found elsewhere, such as under the battery. For some bicycles, it can be found on the QR code on the underside of the bike.
Where can I find the specifications, images, and prices for an older bicycle model?
Please contact a BIXS specialist dealer. They have direct access to the image archive
of the individual models and can reconstruct all data.
I own a specific bike model and want to convert it. Where can I find the appropriate parts and what should I consider?
If you want to convert your bike, for example, with a new wheelset, new suspension, new shifting components, a luggage rack, etc., you should contact a BIXS specialist dealer. The specialists are happy to assist you and can provide optimal advice. However, please note that any changes to the frame, fork, or components will void the warranty.
