Terms and Conditions: What Type of Biker Are You?
1. Organizer
The competition is organized by BIXS, Pfrundmatte 3, 6210 Sursee.
2. Eligibility
Eligible to participate are all natural persons residing in Switzerland who are at least 16 years old between July 1 and October 31, 2026. Employees of intercycle ag, their relatives, as well as all persons involved in the execution of the competition, are excluded.
By participating in this competition, a participant agrees to these terms and conditions.
3. Participation
Participation is exclusively through registration between July 1 and October 31, 2026. Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple registrations will be disqualified. Participation is free of charge, no purchase is necessary.
4. Competition Duration
Participation is possible between July 1 and October 31, 2026. After the end of this period, no entries are valid.
5. Procedure & Drawing
The winners will be determined by random drawing from all valid registrations after the end of the event and notified by email within 28 days. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.
The organizer will inform the winner when and where the prize can be collected or delivered.
The competition organizer reserves the right to verify the accuracy of participant data at any time when awarding the prize.
6. Prizes
The following prizes will be awarded:
1x Biker Weekend at Flumserberg for 4 people including overnight stay at Hotel Marina Walensee, lift tickets and accompaniment by Vitor Büchli
1x BIXS Stomp Dirtjump-Bike

Prizes are as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are non-transferable. If declined or if the winner cannot be reached within 7 days after the winner's email is sent, the claim expires without replacement.
The organizer is not responsible for any inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
Prizes are subject to availability, and the organizer reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice.
The organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military unrest, force majeure, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation. The organizer also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to participants as soon as possible by the organizer.
7. Liability + Exclusion
The organizer accepts no responsibility for technical issues, data loss, or incorrect transmissions. In cases of manipulation or violation of the terms and conditions, exclusion from the competition will occur.
The game manufacturer's, competition organizer's, and partner companies' liability for incorrect participant data or technically related errors in connection with the prize decision is excluded.
8. Use of Data
The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any promotional material as well as participation.
All personal data of the winner or other participants will be used solely in accordance with the applicable data protection laws (see ourPrivacy Policy) and will not be disclosed to third parties without the prior consent of the participant.
9. Final Provisions
The competition organizer expressly reserves the right to adapt these terms and conditions at any time.
There will be no correspondence about the competition. The legal process is excluded. Swiss law exclusively applies, and the place of jurisdiction is Sursee.
In disputes concerning the interpretation and application of these terms and conditions, an amicable settlement is sought. The jurisdiction for cases that cannot be amicably settled is Sursee LU, Switzerland. June 2026.
