Gian Schmid and Lukas Flückiger, team leader of the BIXS Performance Race Team, won the Swiss Epic 2024 together. The duo showed impressive consistency and tactical skill over the five days of the race, which brought them the overall victory.
It was a race full of highlights! The BIXS Performance Race Team competed with two teams and mastered 341 kilometers and 11,400 meters of altitude, which not only secured them the overall win, but also three podium places.
The second team, consisting of Joel Roth and Timon Rüegg, impressed on the last stage with an astonishing 2nd place and thus achieved 5th place in the overall ranking. The tireless determination of the entire team fills us with enormous pride.
