The Lifetime Warranty is 10 years from the date of purchase and applies to bicycle frames. Without registering the bike, we grant you three additional years of warranty on Wheeler frames after the statutory two-year warranty has expired. The Lifetime Warranty requires annual maintenance, confirmed by the stamp and signature of the bicycle mechanic. Without such maintenance, the warranty is reduced to 2 years from the date of the last maintenance. The costs of inspection and maintenance are borne by the owner of the bicycle.

If your bike has a Lifetime Warranty sticker when you buy it, you can register it using the form above. For bikes that do not have a Lifetime Warranty sticker, we offer you an additional three-year warranty for the Wheeler frame of your bike after the statutory warranty period of two years has expired. This arrangement applies exclusively to the original purchaser.

The frame number can be found on a label which, depending on the series, is attached either to the underside of the down tube or to the left-hand side of the down tube. Make a note of your frame number for registration. Examples: 4 capital letters + 5 numbers (BAAL12345) or 1 capital H + 8 numbers (H12345678)

The bike must be registered within 30 days of the date of purchase in order to claim under the Lifetime Warranty.

Technical modifications without the consent of Wheeler
Use of incompatible or non-original parts
Wearing parts and damage due to improper use or maintenance
Damage due to weather conditions or normal wear and tear.
