This is the whole story — the struggle, the mission, and more than just racing: it's our path, our drive, and our passion.
When we founded the BIXS Performance Race Team (BPRT) in 2022, the goal was clear: success at the 2025 UCI MTB World Championships in the canton of Valais. Four years full of ups and downs, dedication, and team spirit – and now we can say: Mission 25 has been successfully accomplished. At the home World Championships in Crans-Montana, our athletes delivered: bronze in the Team Relay by Ramona Forchini, 4th place in the XCO Elite Men for Luca Schätti, and 8th place in the XCO Elite Women for Ramona Forchini.
For the first time, BPRT ranks among the top 10 teams of the 2025 season, making it one of the world's best cross-country teams. We look back on more unforgettable moments in 2025: Luca Schätti becomes Swiss and European champion in XCC, Ramona Forchini is the first woman to take third place for BPRT in XCO Women in Leogang, and Marcel Guerrini finishes the season with a strong fifth place in Mont-Sainte-Anne. These include overall victories in the Swiss Bike Cup and Bike Revolution racing series, which made us the No. 1 team.
“Over the past four years, we have worked our way up from being a nobody team to one of the ten best teams,” says Lukas Flückiger, Team Manager at BPRT.
We are proud of the entire team, the crew, and all our partners who made this journey possible. Experience the whole Mission 25 story in the film – feel what drives us and how we realized the dream of Crans-Montana.
The journey continues. Now it's time for Mission 28 – the Olympic Games in Los Angeles.
